These are the Ranks as followed : Shinboi Elite Leaders:Leaders of the Elite shinobi squads Shinobi Elite:Elite shinobi they deal with the tough missions Shinobi Leaders:Leader of a regular squad Shinobi:Regular members Once you reach a certain level of power you will be able to form your own squad granted that thier are at least 2 people in it
